Main Hall 207-251 Seated Auditorium
Capacity: 132 Ground Floor, 75 Gallery, 44 Platform/Stage Rate: £80 per session, £160 full day
This good sized auditorium is multimedia ready. Fully fitted PA system with sound desk, centrally fitted suspended data projector for presentations. DVD / VHS video deck and CD deck in fitted media desk. This room has a raised stage area for easy viewing.
The Community Hall Seminar / Functions Room
Capacity: 80 Seated Rate: £55 per session, £110 full day
A medium sized room which has easy access to kitchen facilities, making it ideal for refreshments or a room which can provide more flexibility than the Main Hall or Upper Room. This room contains a movable 1/3 partition wall, 2 projection screens and an integrated PA system with CD playing facilities.
The Upper Room Conference / Seminar Room
Capacity: 30 Seated Rate: £60 per session, £120 full day
An excellent light, warm multipurpose room, can also accommodate several small groups, making it ideal for training events. Has a small integrated kitchen area for refreshments.
The Lounge Seminar Room
Capacity: 12 Seated Rate: £30 per session, £60 full day
The perfect room for small group work or discussion based work. Excellent as an add-on to the other rooms available as it is useful as preparation area or as an extra work space.
Entrance Foyer and Landing Welcome / Display Area
The foyer and landing are perfect for displaying information on presentation boards or as a welcome area in which to meet and direct people. Can have a couple of small seated areas. The landing can be used as a group work area.
Kitchen Fully Fitted
A fully fitted commercial kitchen for your catering requirements. Has direct access to The Community Hall through two lockable hatches. Kitchen includes industrial oven and gas burners, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, two sinks and a hand washing area.
Accessibility
Poole SA is well equipped in regards to accessibility, this includes male and female toilet facilities, disabled toilet facilities on both floors, a loop system in place, access ramps on ground level and a lift to the first floor. For security our building is alarmed and fitted with motion sensors, also we have some complementary lockers for you to store your personal belongings in.
Car Park Off Road Facility
We can offer a small car park with 9 marked bays however this is maintained on a permit bases. A multilevel car park and a pay and display car park both in under a minutes walk from our centre.
Equipment
We have a great deal of equipment to offer which is complementary, however there is a small charge for some pieces of equipment as it secures them for your use and covers maintenance. Equipment includes: Chairs, Long Tables, Comfy Chairs, Coffee Tables, Refreshment Equipment, Portable CD Player, Data Projector, Over Head Projector (OHP), Flip Chart and marker pens.
